I love drinking a ice Matcha tea and eat a seasonal wagashi
As you may see on the picture one of the summer's wagashi is called "Asa". Asa evokes "the morning" : the light, which comes back every morning to give at each components of the world the light. The pink and yellow symbolize the dawn.
